  • Congratulations to Michael J. Lach for the Summary Judgment obtained on behalf of the Defendant in the case of Pitre vs National General Insurance Company pending in Jackson County Missouri.

  • Congratulations to Dave Nester on the Jury's Verdict in the case of Thomas v. Esta, tried in Jefferson County, Missouri the week of August 7, 2023.  The counsel for Plaintiff asked the Jury for $3,720,000.00 for the Plaintiff's traumatic brain injury.  The Defendant admitted negligence.  The Jury returned a verdict for the Defendant.

  • Congratulations to Steven J. McMahon for the defense verdict in the case of Seth M. Hovis v. Home Depot, USA, Inc.

The awards reach out to women in various segments of the legal community, including the bar, the bench, public office, business, academia, nonprofits and the state at large
